Converting US cups weight to grams ounces and milliletres
If you are a cheapskate like me and don’t want to invest in a set of scales to measure out ingredients when baking then buying a set of measuing cups is the answer.
I bought a set for a couple of pounds in the supermarket and the problem is solved, whilst they are not able to do very small measurements they measure out everything you need for general baking.
Many recipes on the internet are in American format (cups) the charts below give conversions to British weights.
