creating a residual income with elottery
E-lottery is an online based lottery syndicate which takes all of the hassle and running around of running your own lottery syndicate. When you sign up you are automatically assigned a place in one of their UK or European lottery syndicates with 49 people in the UK syndicate and 39 people in the Euro Lottery Syndicate.
Generally as with any syndicate because you are in effect playing more lines you have a better chance of winning a lower, but still substantial prize with both lotteries which in my opinion anything better then the 14,000,000 to 1 odds is a bonus!
I first joined e-lottery in early 2006 mainly because I was already playing the European lottery and this seemed like a perfect way to play without the need to remember to buy a ticket AND with a much improved chance of winning a large prize. After reading a little more I quickly discovered the affiliate scheme where for a one off fee of £4.99 a year plus my £5 per week draw entry I could earn 20% WEEEKLY commission for each person I introduced to the e-lottery and a further 5% 4 referral levels down. This meant that if I introduced 5 people to the scheme I would be earning £5 each weak which would cover my subscription fees and I would be effectively paying for free.
The website is easy to use, although could do with a little updating and when you sign up as an affiliate you are given your own landing page to direct interested leads to. This allows you to track how may hits you have been getting and if someone lands on your pages and decides to join you don’t need to do anything, e-lottery looks after the rest.
The Cold Hard Facts:
For these purposes I will use the syndicate figures from the UK lottery as an example. Although I am an affiliate of e-lottery I will give you my unbiased opinion and how the figures stack up.
So for £5 per week you get 88 lines on the UK lottery each week (44 on Saturday and 44 on Wednesday) in a syndicate of 49 players which equates to £245 per draw into the syndicate pot though it only costs £88 to buy all of the lines. So it really costs £1.80 per syndicate member per line and the other £3.20 goes to pay admin fees and your affiliate up line.
Here’s a breakdown:
£1.80 - line cost
£1.00 - Up-line direct 1
£0.25 - Up-line level 2
£0.25 - Up-line level 3
£0.25 - Up-line level 4
£0.25 - Up-line level 5
£1.20 – E-lottery admin fees
So to even break even you need to be earning £3.20 from referral fees (I told you I was going to be un-biased!)
The potential:
Even though initially it seems like you are throwing money away and you could run your own more cost effective, but what you cant do on your own is get paid for referring people to the scheme 5 referral levels down. In a perfect world, if you introduced 5 people to the scheme and each one of them done the same 5 levels down you would be earning over £40,000 per year in commission. Obviously we don’t live in a perfect world and there is no such thing as a get rich quick scheme but even if you only referred 10 of your friends and they done the same 2 level’s down that that still equates to earning £35 each week or £140 per month in commission and that’s only 2 levels down!!.
I am not going to go into any more figures as you can work out for yourself the potential leverage of this scheme with the generous commission plan.
E-lottery is run by a company called Virtual World Direct who have been established since 2002 and recently celebrated their 5th birthday. They are a respected member of the UK lotteries council and adhere strictly to the UK lottery rules and regulations.
Summary:
If you only want to play the lottery and don’t want to be an affiliate you are better creating your own syndicate as it would be more cost effective, but if you want to take advantage of e-lottery and earn commission on sign-up’s then this is a fantastic scheme. This is not a get rich quick scheme and it took me around 3 month before I was playing for free but because I am now earning commission 5 levels down I am more than happy, effectively getting paid for doing nothing!. Be prepared to put the work in and you will be rewarded.
